To make my service as convenient and unobtrusive to your day-to-day operations as possible, I will come by your office to pick up and drop off your accounting records and financial statements.
Preparation of Monthly Financial Statements
Each month I can provide you with a trial balance, balance sheet, income statement, bank account reconciliations and a detailed general ledger. These can be prepared either by my review of your internally prepared financial statements or by providing me with your raw data, including bank statements, check registers and credit card statements, with which I will then prepare your financial statement package.
Consultation on Monthly Financial Statements
I will provide you a monthly analysis of your financial statement package. This consultation can either be performed in person or on the phone at your convenience. Preparation of Payroll and Related Returns: I am able to prepare all of your payroll tax returns and the related forms. These include Forms 941, 940, W-2s, W-3s, 1096 and 1099. My involvement can give you peace of mind by helping you stay out of trouble with the IRS.
Preparation of Business Federal & State Income Tax Returns
I am experienced and knowledgeable in the preparation of all state and federal income tax returns. These include Forms 1120, 1120S, 1065, 1040 and the related tax forms. My input and guidance will help you to stay in compliance and avoid costly penalties which can be assessed by the IRS and other taxing authorities.
Unlimited Personal & Business Consultations
I am happy to answer any tax or accounting questions you may have. You may call me anytime and I will be available for a consultation or to schedule a time to come to your office for a visit. There is no charge for these consultations because I want to encourage communication between you and me, your personal tax and business advisor.
Individual & Business Tax Planning
I will keep you informed and up to date on new tax laws pertinent to you and will send you timely reminders of actions you should take to minimize your tax burden. Most important, through our continuous communication your business and personal tax situation will be continuously reviewed and I will keep you informed and educated on very specific tax and business planning and advice.
